Before locking Theophilus London down for a gig, I had been an avid listener of his latest. After seeing him perform at SXSW I was able to see a more raw side than that of his previous dancehall releases.
I used the cover art of his mixtape Rose Island Vol.1 and latest single Big Spender (feat. A$AP Rocky) as inspiration going forward.
Provided with press photographs from Theophilus London’s agent, I had a starting point. I was able to take the design direction independently, by making three pieces. Though different from one another, each piece shares similar elements.
